NAIOP's Southern Nevada's flagship gala of the year is our Spotlight Awards, Southern Nevada's premier social event for out industry. Celebrating 26 years in 2023, the event purposes to highlight individuals and companies that have made significant contributions to our industry and Chapter in the past year. It also shines a "Spotlight" on new office, industrial, retail, mixed-use and multi-family projects completed locally with the last three years. Often referred to as the "Oscars" of our local industry, Spotlight has evolved into the must-attend event of the year, with a higher attendance than any other commercial real estate event in the region. This year, more than 650 guests attended, exceeding our attendees by more than 50 over last year's event.
