NAIOP Research Foundation Announces Appointment of Erin Shepherd as Governor

Ambrose Property Group vice president for asset management accepts lifetime distinction

The NAIOP Research Foundation has announced the appointment of Erin Shepherd, vice president for asset management at Ambrose Property Group, to join the Foundation’s Governors. Individuals who demonstrate their commitment to the Foundation’s mission by making a substantial contribution to its endowment fund are invited to accept this lifetime distinction.

Erin Shepherd is vice president of asset management for Ambrose, a privately held industrial real estate development and investment firm headquartered in Indianapolis. As vice president of asset management, she leads the ongoing management and operation of Ambrose’s asset portfolio, including speculative and build-to-suit developments. She also serves as the lead relationship manager for all building users within Ambrose-owned properties. Shepherd served as events committee chair for NAIOP Indiana before advancing to chapter president-elect in 2024 and chapter president in 2025. She is a member of the Developing Leaders 13 NAIOP National Forum.

She is the 96th Governor to join the NAIOP Research Foundation, where she will support the Foundation's program of work through sharing her time and expertise.

Celebrating its 25th year, the NAIOP Research Foundation was established in 2000 as a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to provide practical research and education that allows commercial real estate owners and developers to successfully capitalize on new trends and address challenges in the industry.
