NAIOP Research Foundation Announces Appointment of 90th Governor

The NAIOP Research Foundation announces the appointment of L. Mark Billeaud, founding partner of Summit Real Estate Group, to join the Foundation’s Governors. Individuals who demonstrate their commitment to the Foundation’s mission by making a substantial contribution to its endowment fund are invited to accept this lifetime distinction. Billeaud will be honored at NAIOP’s CRE.Converge conference, Oct. 8-10 in Las Vegas.

L. Mark Billeaud is a Founding Partner of Summit Real Estate Group, an independent, partner-led commercial real estate company. The firm’s integrated fund platform (formed in 2009), and development and asset management businesses focus on opportunities within select markets throughout the South, Southeastern and Midwest regions of the U.S. Billeaud is responsible for leading a team of individuals focused on acquisition, disposition and development of industrial investments capitalized through the Arrowrock Fund Series – structured as private equity and discretionary investment vehicles. He has been a member of the Capital Markets 3 NAIOP National Forum since 2010.
