The NAIOP Research Foundation has announced the appointment of James Hall, executive vice president at Atwell, LLC, to join the Foundation’s Governors. Individuals who demonstrate their commitment to the Foundation’s mission by making a substantial contribution to its endowment fund are invited to accept this lifetime distinction.

Ranked among the top 75 national engineering firms by Engineering News Record, Atwell, LLC’s 2,000+ professionals lead permitting, planning, design and construction services for real estate and land development, power and energy, hydrocarbon, and infrastructure clients throughout the U.S. James leads the execution of several corporate projects, including strategic recruitment, integration of M&A borne teams, organic client growth, and development of a cohesive strategy and branding across the Atwell Family of Companies.

Hall is the 91st Governor to join the NAIOP Research Foundation, where he will support the Foundation's program of work through sharing his time and expertise.

The NAIOP Research Foundation was established in 2000 as a 501(c)(3) organization with a mission to provide practical research and education that allows commercial real estate owners and developers to successfully capitalize on new trends and address challenges in the industry.
