Jan. 31, 2023, WASHINGTON—NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, honored 16 chapters and eight individuals as part of the annual Chapter Merit Awards this week. Award winners were recognized during a lunch celebration as part of the 2023 Chapter Leadership and Legislative Retreat in Washington, D.C.

The Chapter Merit Awards recognize success in diversity, equity and inclusion; education; special events; legislative advocacy; membership; leadership and volunteerism; as well as the top recognition of Chapter of the Year. Recipients are selected by a committee of their peers comprised of volunteer judges.
