Part I (2-2:45 p.m.)
In the first half of the workshop, learn key points such as how to develop the skills to proactively lead others toward a futures mindset, and understanding the power and importance of scenario planning, contingency planning and risk mitigation.
Part II (3-3:45 p.m.)
In the second half of the workshop, you will have a hands-on opportunity to experience a future-focused discussion and gain confidence that will allow you to host conversations that better prepare you for sudden changes in your chapter landscape.
