Follow these steps to add a tour or special event to your existing registration:

1. Visit the My Event Registrations page.
2. Follow the prompts to sign in to your NAIOP account if you haven't already signed in.
3. Under "My Corporate Event Registration," find I.CON Cold Storage 2023 under Upcoming Meetings Only and click on it.
4. Click "Edit Registration" under your address information. Confirm your information and then hit “Next Step”
5. Scroll down to find the project tour you'd like to register for and click the check box next to it. Once finished, select "Next Step" at the bottom of the screen.
6. Follow the prompts to check out and complete payment.

Tour #1: Atlanta Cold Storage

Join Saxum Real Estate for an inside look into Atlanta’s newest, state-of-the-art cold storage industrial park. Saxum’s Atlanta Cold Storage project consists of 494,857 square feet of state-of-the-art, Class A cold storage space across two buildings. One of the buildings totals 306,402 square feet and will be 100% leased and operated by Arcadia Cold Storage & Logistics. The fully-racked facility has four convertible rooms with the ability to handle deep freeze temperatures of -20 degrees Fahrenheit. The facility is equipped with ample dock space and doors to manage a wide array of distribution and fulfillment services with more than 44,000 pallet positions designed to support high-volume throughput handling services, including full pallet management and case picking. The second building totals 188,455 square feet and is being developed speculatively. The building boasts 50-foot clear heights, 36 dock positions, and is fully convertible, capable of accommodating freezer and cooler uses. The assets positioning as the only speculative cold storage asset in the Atlanta market has yielded significant interest from tenants across various temperature-controlled uses.

Tour #2: Lindt/Ghirardelli Distribution Center

Join Alston Construction for an exclusive tour of one of the largest single warehouses in Georgia on an 83-acre site in McDonough. The half-mile long, 1,550,200-square-foot industrial facility for Ghirardelli Chocolate Company features cool and cold storage areas as well as 10,000 square feet of office space. Other building features include 150 motorized and insulated dock doors, a redundant chiller system and two back-up generators. Please note that signed NDAs are required to participate in this tour and as such, tour registration will close no later than Sept. 5. More information will be shared with tour registrants.
