Special Events: Project Tours

Follow these steps to add a special event to your registration:

  1. Visit the My Event Registrations page.
  2. Follow the prompts to sign in to your NAIOP account if you haven't already signed in.
  3. Under "My Corporate Event Registration," find National Forums Symposium 2025 and click on it.
  4. Hit the green Edit Registration button under your name. Confirm your information and then hit “Next Step.”
  5. Scroll down to find the tour or special event you'd like to register for and click the check box next to it. Once finished, select "Next Step" at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Follow the prompts to check out and complete payment.

 


Riverside Industrial Boat Tour: Port NOLA

Wednesday, May 14, 8:30 a.m.-12 p.m.
Ticketed event; $50 USD / $68 CAD fee.

Take a short walk to the Mississippi River and board a boat for a riverside tour of the Port of New Orleans and a first-hand look at the working river. Port NOLA is a key deepwater port, providing access to more than 30 major inland hubs through waterways, railroads and highways and generates around $100 million annually from cargo, rail, industrial real estate and cruises.

Big Easy Luxury Redefined: A Tour of Caesars New Orleans and the Four Seasons

Wednesday, May 14, 1:45-5:15 p.m.
Ticketed event; $50 USD / $68 CAD fee.

This tour begins with a short walk to the first stop at Caesars New Orleans, which has recently undergone a $435 million transformation launching a new era of luxury, featuring nearly 800 hotel rooms; a world-class, 150,000-square-foot gaming floor; restaurants from renowned chefs like Emeril Lagasse and Nobu; and a spectacular 5,700-square-foot Caesars Sportsbook. Next, the group will explore the Four Seasons Hotel and Private Residences. The iconic 34-story tower, completed in 1968, was designed by legendary architect Edward Durell Stone. This landmark modernist building has been painstakingly restored and enhanced.
