Special Events: Project Tours and I.CONNECT
Follow these steps to add a special event to your registration:
- Visit the My Event Registrations page.
- Follow the prompts to sign in to your NAIOP account if you haven't already signed in.
- Under "My Corporate Event Registration," find I.CON 2025 - West and click on it.
- Hit the green Edit Registration button under your name. Confirm your information and then hit “Next Step.”
- Scroll down to find the tour or special event you'd like to register for and click the check box next to it. Once finished, select "Next Step" at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the prompts to check out and complete payment.

Los Verdes Golf Course Golf Outing
Tuesday, March 25, Tee times staggered between 12:30-1:40 p.m.
Ticketed event; $480 USD / $648 CAD fee per foursome.
Location: Los Verdes Golf Course (7000 W. Los Verdes Drive, Rancho Palos Verdes)
The Billy Bell-designed Los Verdes Golf Course features an open layout, beautiful surroundings, a newly renovated driving range and practice facility tucked above the cliffs in Rancho Palos Verdes. Book your foursome to enjoy the incredible ocean views and perfect your swing at the award-winning championship golf course. Foursome fee includes greens fees (18 holes), cart fees (2 players per cart), and practice range balls (one bucket per player). Food and beverage are not included but can be purchase onsite. Transportation is not provided. The course is 29 miles from the InterContinental Los Angeles Downtown.
Registering foursomes only. The lead for each foursome will need to provide the names of their group members to NAIOP at education@naiop.org after they register and pay.
