    Before joining CoStar, Christine led the Institute for Applied Economics at the Los Angeles County Economic Development Corporation, producing numerous studies and presentations for government agencies, industry leaders and legislative bodies. She has been a lecturer at California State University Long Beach, Pepperdine University, and at the University of Southern California’s Sol Price School of Public Policy.

    Creecy-Herman previously served as Senior Vice President and Head of Operations West Region for Prologis, responsible for the region’s operating portfolio strategic planning and performance, including leading a team of 200. She has more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience focused on the acquisition, disposition, development and leasing of industrial and office assets in the Western U.S. Before joining Prologis in 2018, Creecy-Herman spent six years at Liberty Property Trust and 10 years with EJM Development Co. She is a graduate of Arizona State University with a B.S. and an M.B.A. from the University of Arizona. In 2014, she served as the first female chair of the NAIOP Arizona Board of Directors, also becoming the youngest chair in the nation to lead a large NAIOP chapter.
