Project Tours and Special Event

Follow these steps to add a tour to your existing registration:

  1. Visit the My Event Registrations page.
  2. Follow the prompts to sign in to your NAIOP account if you haven't already signed in.
  3. Under "My Corporate Event Registration," find I.CON Cold Storage 2024 under Upcoming Meetings Only and click on it.
  4. Click "Edit Registration" under your address information. Confirm your information and then hit “Next Step”
  5. Scroll down to find the project tour you'd like to register for and click the check box next to it. Once finished, select "Next Step" at the bottom of the screen.
  6. Follow the prompts to check out and complete payment.

 

 


Henderson Multi-Temp Distribution Center

Join Reyes Holdings for an exclusive tour of a multi-temp distribution center in Henderson, Nevada. Construction is underway on this 174,000-square-foot building with an accessory 7,452-square-foot fleet maintenance facility. Get to know other conference attendees as you tour the warehouse, which features offices, docks, refrigerated product storage box, maintenance shop, repack, point-of-sale, and battery charging and distribution. In the past seven years, the arrival of at least six major professional sports franchises to the Las Vegas Valley, coupled with the city’s ability to easily host a variety of high-profile competitions like the Super Bowl, WNBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals, National Finals Rodeo and NBA All-Star Game, has transformed Las Vegas into the entertainment and sports capital of the world. With Las Vegas as the backdrop, sporting events have become opportunities to incorporate enhanced gaming, entertainment, and dining options to create unique experiences that transcend the game or sporting event itself. The first leg of this tour will include an overview of the local economy and an update on major projects in Las Vegas as well as a bus tour through the retail district in Downtown Summerlin. A tour of the Las Vegas Ballpark (home to the Athletics’ AAA team, the Las Vegas Aviators), lunch on the club level, and a panel discussion with sports executives will follow. Finally, walk next door to City National Arena to tour the Vegas Golden Knights’ practice facility.
