Follow these steps to add a special event to your registration:
- Visit the My Event Registrations page.
- Follow the prompts to sign in to your NAIOP account if you haven't already signed in.
- Under "My Corporate Event Registration," find CRE.Converge 2024 and click on it.
- Hit the green Edit Registration button under your name. Confirm your information and then hit “Next Step.”
- Scroll down to find the tour or special event you'd like to register for and click the check box next to it. Once finished, select "Next Step" at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the prompts to check out and complete payment.
Caesars Palace Behind the Scenes

Caesars Palace opened in 1966 and is one of the largest properties on the Las Vegas Strip, with over 4,000 rooms and suites in six towers and a 300,000-square-foot convention facility. Join operations staff to go “back of house” for a rare glimpse at the intricate orchestrations that go into creating five-star experiences for guests. Learn how this iconic property operates day to day, including a look at the laundry valet, loading and waste docks, banquet kitchen and central plant.

North Las Vegas Industrial: Vantage North

Vantage North is a 350-acre logistics and distribution park located in North Las Vegas, Nevada, and the largest industrial development in Southern Nevada to date. The site, being developed in phases by VanTrust Real Estate, is the gateway to Apex Industrial Park and will eventually be able to accommodate up to 4.2 million square feet. Mass grading and infrastructure construction commenced in January of 2022, with three million cubic yards of dirt moved within the first year, requiring tremendous coordination and collaboration with multiple public and private development stakeholders.

In the past seven years, the arrival of at least six major professional sports franchises to the Las Vegas Valley, coupled with the city’s ability to easily host a variety of high-profile competitions like the Super Bowl, WNBA Finals, Stanley Cup Finals, National Finals Rodeo and NBA All-Star Game, has transformed Las Vegas into the entertainment and sports capital of the world. With Las Vegas as the backdrop, sporting events have become opportunities to incorporate enhanced gaming, entertainment, and dining options to create unique experiences that transcend the game or sporting event itself. The first leg of this tour will include an overview of the local economy and an update on major projects in Las Vegas as well as a bus tour through the retail district in Downtown Summerlin. A tour of the Las Vegas Ballpark (home to the Athletics’ AAA team, the Las Vegas Aviators), lunch on the club level, and a panel discussion with sports executives will follow. Finally, walk next door to City National Arena to tour the Vegas Golden Knights’ practice facility.

City of Henderson Development Tour

Visit the Raiders (NFL) team headquarters to hear about the impact of national sports teams on local development and the economy.
