In addition to leasing, he actively supports the procurement of real estate developments and underwriting assets for acquisition and disposition. During his career, he has leased over 30 million square feet of industrial real estate. Earlier in his career, Ryan held roles in asset management and brokerage at top institutional real estate companies including: GLP, Nuveen and JLL. While at GLP, Ryan was vice president of leasing and managed GLP’s 20 million square-foot portfolio in Southern California. Prior to that, Ryan served as a senior analyst and associate on the asset management team at Nuveen assisting with leasing office and industrial assets in their core institutional fund. Before Nuveen, Ryan was a tenant rep broker at JLL serving in Orange County and worked on key corporate accounts including United Healthcare.
