Manager of Port Efficiency – Facilities & Goods MovementThe Port Authority of New York and New JerseyBlair Wegescheide currently serves as the manager of Port Efficiency – Facilities & Goods Movement in the port department of the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey. In her role, she is responsible for collaborating with regional trucking and warehouse/distribution center partners conducting business at the Port. Her and her team work to ensure cargo fluidity and best-in-class customer experience, as well as promote effective data visibility resources and effectively manage the Port’s Foreign Trade Zone. She holds a dual bachelor's degree in architecture and urban studies from the University of Pittsburgh and an M.A. in urban affairs and planning from the Graduate School of Public & International Affairs (GSPIA) at the University of Pittsburgh.
