The Westin Long Beach is offering a special rate of $240 (single/double), exclusive of taxes, through Tuesday, March 1, 2022, or until the room block has been filled, whichever occurs first.

Early Departure Fee

An early departure fee of $240 plus tax will apply if a NAIOP attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date unless notification is provided to the reservations desk prior to arrival or upon check-in.

Reservation and Cancellation Policies

A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required to hold each individual’s reservation.  All deposits for individual room reservations are fully refundable if a room is cancelled three days prior to arrival date and a cancellation number is obtained. Name changes to room reservations may be made up to three days prior to arrival at no charge, if there is no change to the arrival and departure dates.

The Hilton Long Beach is offering a special rate of $209+ single/double, exclusive of tax, through Tuesday, March 1, 2022, or until the room block has been filled, whichever occurs first.

This hotel is a 10-15 minute walk from the Westin Long Beach Hotel. The Hilton offers a shuttle and can provide service on a by-request basis to the Westin.
