For all tours, if you have not checked in for your tour 10 minutes before scheduled departure, your seat will be resold. No refunds for no-shows.
Follow these steps to add a tour or special event to your existing registration:
- Visit the My Event Registrations page.
- Follow the prompts to sign in to your NAIOP account if you haven't already signed in.
- Under "Registrations for Upcoming Events," find I.CON 2022 – East and click "Edit."
- Select "EDIT SESSIONS." Scroll down to find the tour or special event you'd like to register for and click the check box next to each. Once finished, select "REVIEW SESSION CHANGES" at the bottom of the screen.
- Follow the prompts to check out and complete payment.

Waterside Tour of the Port of New York and New Jersey
