F.E. ‘Skip’ Kalb, Jr. is retired from BSNF Railroads and is now President of SDK Enterprises out of Azle, Texas. He has been a member of NAIOP since 2005.

Collin Barr is President of the Central US Division for Ryan Companies US, Inc. In this role Mr. Barr provides executive leadership and oversight for the North Region based out of Minnesota and the Midwest Region based out of Iowa, and the SouthCentral Region based in Texas. These three business units encompass the disciplines of development, capital sourcing, architecture & engineering, construction, and property management where project solutions are delivered to customers across the United States in the market sectors of: office, industrial, retail, healthcare, governmental, hospitality, multifamily, and senior living. Mr. Barr joined NAIOP in 1987 and is a member of the Build to Suit Forum.

Bilijack R. Bell is a partner at Wilson, Hull & Neal and Principal of Industrial Solutions Group, located in Atlanta, Georgia. A disciplined industrial focus providing real estate solutions for tenants, landlords, developers, and investors through brokerage, development, construction services, strategic land assemblage and entitlements in the Atlanta market. A NAIOP member since 2007, Bilijack is on the Georgia Chapter’s NAIOP Board serving as Governmental Affairs Committee chair. He is a former member of the E.CON, ICON Impact Projects Advisory, and Project of the Year committees. Bilijack is the current chair of the Business Park Development Forum and a former member of the Young Professionals II Forum.

Frank serves as a Principal and CEO of Capital Associates, located in Raleigh, NC. He joined Capital Associates in 1986 after moving from Dallas Texas. Prior to his role as CEO, Frank was a Development Partner with Capital Associates developing a number of projects throughout the Triangle. In Dallas, Frank served as Vice President of Development with Southland Financial Corporation for the Las Colinas Development. In his 40-year carrier, Frank has developed over 30 projects ranging in size from a small warehouse to the 1.2 million square foot Towers at Williams Square mixed-use project in Las Colinas. As CEO Frank has implemented a successful business strategy of brokerage, management and development revenue sources for Capital Associates. In 1978, Frank graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and later received an MBA from the University of Dallas. He served on NAIOP’s Environment and Infrastructure Subcommittee and has been a member of the Office Development II Forum since 1999.

Bill is President and CEO of Elmhurst Group, which invests in commercial real estate and private operating businesses. Elmhurst’s real estate holdings include over three million square feet of office, hotel, flex and distribution space throughout the Pittsburgh region.

Jean Kane is CEO of Colliers International | Minneapolis St. Paul. She leads a team of 240 professionals who are responsible for delivering a broad range of business property service solutions to their clients.

Rod Lawrence is a Principal with Network Realty Partners, based in Alexandria, Virginia. Rod has over 30 years of real estate investment, development and management experience focusing on urban mixed-use development in the Mid-Atlantic region and has led the development of over 20 million square feet of commercial, residential and retail space over his career. He was formerly a Partner with The JBG Companies in Chevy Chase, MD. A NAIOP member since 1996, Rod was president of the Maryland/DC Chapter and is a current board member. He served on NAIOP Corporate’s Executive Committee and was a member of the Corporate Board of Directors, and the Sustainable Development and Business Development committees. Rod is currently a member of the Office Development II Forum, the Industry Trends Task force and the NAIOP Research committee.

Barbara Schaefer McDuffie is Managing Director of Business Development in the East Region for Baker Tilly Virchow Krause, LLP.

Nino Pedrelli, Ph.D. is the owner at State Street Realty Advisors, LLC, located in St. Louis Park Minnesota. State Street Realty Advisors provides a broad base of services, such as asset management, investment analysis, development consulting, and project management for family offices, individuals, non-profits and municipalities with real estate holdings.

Douglas Swain is vice president and general manager of The Opus Group - a family of commercial real estate development, construction and design companies headquartered in Minneapolis with offices and projects across the country.

Thomas J. Bisacquino has served as the association's chief executive officer since 1991. He is responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of the association. He directs NAIOP’s legislative activities on behalf of its membership in the federal, state and local arenas. Under his guidance and leadership, the headquarters staff is responsible for serving more than 19,000 members who are involved with the development, ownership, and investment of industrial, office, retail and mixed-use properties throughout North America.
