Frank serves as a Principal and CEO of Capital Associates, located in Raleigh, NC. He joined Capital Associates in 1986 after moving from Dallas Texas. Prior to his role as CEO, Frank was a Development Partner with Capital Associates developing a number of projects throughout the Triangle. In Dallas, Frank served as Vice President of Development with Southland Financial Corporation for the Las Colinas Development. In his 40-year carrier, Frank has developed over 30 projects ranging in size from a small warehouse to the 1.2 million square foot Towers at Williams Square mixed-use project in Las Colinas. As CEO Frank has implemented a successful business strategy of brokerage, management and development revenue sources for Capital Associates. In 1978, Frank graduated from the University of Texas at Austin and later received an MBA from the University of Dallas. He served on NAIOP’s Environment and Infrastructure Subcommittee and has been a member of the Office Development II Forum since 1999.
