Lana Cook has been in the commercial modular building industry for 28 years. She began her career with ATCO Structures which was subsequently acquired by GE Capital. As a major projects manager for GE, Cook specialized in medical facilities, casino operations buildings and multistory modular construction as a turn-key modular general contractor. She was the vice president of Tell Manufacturing’s modular division for nearly a decade, providing specifically tailored materials for commercial modular builders. More recently, Cook was in business development in Southern California for Guerdon Enterprises, focusing on multi-family, hospitality projects, student housing and assisted living. She is currently the business development manager for Prefab Logic, providing modular consulting and construction management services for developers building multifamily and hospitality projects using modular construction. Cook is a native of Southern California and received her LEED AP in 2008 and her Juris Doctorate in 2016.
