Bo Farkas oversees all acquisition and development opportunities throughout ARBOK Partners’ target markets. He has over 20 years of construction, engineering and industrial real estate investing experience. Since 2004, Farkas has acquired and developed over $850 million of ground-up industrial real estate. Prior to founding ARBOK Partners, Farkas was Senior Vice President at the Sitex Group, overseeing all development projects, and prior to that, served as Vice President and Investment Officer at AMB and later Prologis, an industrial real estate investment trust. Farkas has also worked on numerous large airport construction projects including JFK’s International Terminal 4, Newark International Airport’s Terminal C, London Heathrow’s Terminal 5 A, B and C, as well as the St. Pancreas Channel Tunnel Rail Link project in central London. Farkas received his Bachelors of Civil Engineering from Cooper Union and his Masters of Civil Engineering from the University of California at Berkeley.
