He currently oversees the firm's development of the Garey Building, a residential and retial mixed-use project in the Arts District of downtown Los Angeles, and of the mixed-use property located at the Culver City EXPO station. His past developments include the 1.8 million square foot Exchange mixed-use development in Hawthorne, California, and over 350,000 square feet of commercial space in Calabasas and Santa Monica.

Kate Bryden is the vice president of development for MRP Industrial in Baltimore, Maryland, and has overseen the development of nearly 4 million square feet of industrial, flex, office and retail projects. Bryden is primarily responsible for acquisition support, due diligence, entitlement procurement, and also overseeing the design and construction of projects in Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia. Prior to joining MRP Industrial, she was the principal of AMK Partners, a certified woman-owned business that provided third party owner’s representation and development management of light industrial projects for private and institutional developers.

With more than 15 years of experience in development and real estate, Celeste currently serves as Chief Development Officer of Confluent, where she oversees the organization’s diverse development platform of senior living, multifamily, office, industrial, and retail development, representing a current cumulative development pipeline in excess of $400 million.
Celeste was previously Director of Real Estate Development for Opus Development Company and led the real estate project team for the Denver office of Opus. In her career she has played a key role in the ground-up development of more than 5 million square feet of commercial and multifamily space, and has represented the industry both locally and nationally through her leadership in organizations such as NAIOP.

Maria Elena Poyer is currently a Transaction Associate manager for Amazon’s World Wide Real Estate Operations. She focuses on supporting the growth of Amazon’s Last Mile (AMZL) operations. Prior to her management role, she supported closing over $4.6B of commercial real estate transactions. Before joining Amazon in 2019, she worked in investment sales at JLL/HFF specializing in Medical Office/Office transactions in California and the Pacific North West. She started her career in commercial real estate in Bank of America Merrill Lynch's Commercial Real Estate Banking division in San Francisco and worked for the firm for over 3 years. Upon moving to Seattle in 2017, she joined NAIOP Washington’s chapter where is she has been the Co-Chair for the NAIOP Washington’s Developer Leaders committee since 2018. She is also currently serving her second year on a Developing Leader NAIOP National Forum and was elected to serve on NAIOP’s national executive committee as their Developing Leader Representative for 2021. She is proud to be an alum and fellow Don from University of San Francisco. Her passions outside of work, include traveling, exploring the food scene, and wine tasting.
