Alex Vulic is a Partner, Principal, and Vice President of Elford Realty and Elford Development specializing in industrial brokerage and development. Prior to joining Elford in 2017, he spent 15 years at Prologis, the world’s largest owner and developer of industrial real estate, spending 10 years as Vice President with leasing, development, acquisition, and disposition responsibilities, most recently for Ohio and Northern Kentucky, and previously, for Portland and Seattle.
Alex has been leasing and developing commercial real estate since 2002, completing over 400 transactions totaling over $500 million dollars and 36 million square feet, throughout his 16 year career. He has been involved in developing over 2 million square feet of built-to-suit and speculative distribution and manufacturing buildings valued at over $130 million. He has repositioned multiple value-add regional asset portfolios totaling more than 1 million square feet, identifying and executing strategies to maximize investor returns based on market conditions.
Alex is a native of Columbus and a graduate of The Ohio State University, with a Master’s in Finance and Real Estate. He an active member in the real estate community and currently serves as the President of Central Ohio NAIOP.
He is married with three children. He is a craft beer enthusiast, a former Jeopardy! contestant, and enjoys running with his dog.
