Jim Linn has over 35 years of experience brokering and acquiring industrial real estate in the Western Region. During that span, he opened CenterPoint Properties’ West Coast office and co-founded Talos Capital, which closed more than $15 billion of industrial real estate across 20 states in a little less than two years. Prior to joining CenterPoint in 2008, he was a senior vice president for Grubb & Ellis in the North Los Angeles market where he represented developers, investors and tenants in some of the largest transactions in the market.
