Celeste Patterson joined H.G. Hill Realty in 1999. She has served as H.G. Hill’s chief operating officer and chief financial officer from 2002 to 2015 when she was named President. She also serves as board director of the 125-year old private commercial real estate development company. She played a pivotal role in developing financial systems to maximize the company’s real estate holdings after they exited from 100 years in the grocery business. Before coming to Hill, Patterson worked for 11 years with Eckenfelder/Brown and Caldwell as CFO and before that for 4 years at Sunstates/TRECO in Jacksonville, Florida. She started her career with Ernst & Young in Knoxville, Tennessee and Jacksonville, Florida.
