Ashley Powell brings over 40 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, leading a team of 220+ professionals in building a diversified, global portfolio of industrial, residential, office, single-family rental, and hotel properties, along with significant land assets. As the head of Property Reserve, Ashley has overseen exponential growth in assets under management, expanded investments into Europe and Asia, and established a vertically integrated development team.
Under Ashley’s leadership, Property Reserve has consistently outperformed industry benchmarks over the past decade, implementing strategies that reduce risk and volatility. He is committed to developing the next generation of leaders and advancing excellence across acquisitions, asset management, build-to-core development, land planning, and fund investments.
Before joining Property Reserve, Ashley was a partner and head of Western U.S. acquisitions at BentallGreenOak (formerly Bentall Kennedy) and a Managing Director at Deutsche Bank (formerly RREEF, now DWS). He is a past national chairman of NAIOP and has been a guest lecturer for real estate courses at BYU and USC.
