Keith Earnest joined VanTrust in 2014, already having more than 35 years of experience in commercial real estate and more than 25 years of experience as a developer. He oversees the Southwest regional office of VanTrust, leading all phases of the real estate development processes in Arizona, Southern Nevada, Colorado and California. His specific responsibilities include project feasibility, market analysis, site acquisition, entitlements, design and construction oversight, as well as leasing and sales.
