Art Makris is a seasoned leader in the real estate sector with a career spanning several decades. He currently serves as the head of customer-led development, Americas, for Prologis, overseeing strategic initiatives and development projects. Prior to his career at Prologis, Makris was executive vice president of the Northeast Region for Hillwood Industrial. Before joining Hillwood, he was with Duke Realty for 25 years, with his most recent position there as regional president of the Northeast Region. His expertise and contributions have been instrumental in the growth and success of the organizations he has been a part of.
