Paul Little serves as Chief Executive Officer of Alston Construction Company and is a leader in the construction management field. With more than 40 years of industry knowledge, Paul has hands-on experience in every facet of the business, ranging from field superintendent, project manager, business development and project executive. In 2007, he assumed the leadership of Alston Construction, and started the process of growing Alston into a more diversified construction company by broadening its client base and expanding the national footprint. Through his leadership, Alston has learned to embrace change and developed enhanced use of technology and improved its overall systems and processes. Perhaps more importantly, he has set a tone for a culture that has helped Alston attract and retain outstanding staff resources that deliver a level of service that is second to none.
