With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate development, Matt Schlindwein has been instrumental in delivering projects for some of the nation’s largest distributors. Schlindwein directs a team of highly skilled design engineers and construction professionals. He holds exceptional knowledge of local land use and environmental law that optimizes the development and construction of class A warehouse facilities, renovations and redevelopment projects. Schlindwein also serves as the vice president of public affairs on NAIOP New Jersey’s leadership board and received the chapter’s Rising Star Award in 2015.
