Douglas O. Howe is CEO of TC Real Estate Development in Seattle, Washington. TC Real Estate Development is an office developer and oversees project and construction management and asset management. Mr. Howe joined NAIOP in 1997 and was the 2009 chairman of the NAIOP’s National Board of Directors. He is a past president for the Washington State Chapter. He is a current member of the Office Development II Forum and is a NAIOP-PAC Trustee. Mr. Howe is the chairman of the Research Foundation and the chair of the Foundation’s Nominating Committee.
