Taylor serves as senior vice president of Acquisitions at CapRock Partners, an industrial real estate investor and developer in the Western U.S. CapRock Partners acquires middle-market value-add industrial assets, develops large-scale institutional-quality class A industrial warehouse facilities in key locations, and provides third-party asset management services for institutional investors. Since inception, CapRock’s total investment and development pipeline exceeds 30 million square feet of industrial real estate. Since starting with CapRock in 2014, Arnett has acquired over 6.5 million square feet valued at over $1.0 billion of industrial properties in Southern California, Nevada and Utah. In his role, Arness is responsible for sourcing development and value-add industrial acquisitions, creating each business plan, sourcing debt and equity, and running all aspects of due diligence and closing.
