Chuck McMahon is a veteran mid-Atlantic commercial real estate developer. During his career he has completed over 7 million square feet of new development, redevelopment and operating property acquisitions, and has been responsible for over 4200 acres of commercial land development. Chuck is Vice President of Development with Baltimore-based MCB Real Estate LLC where he currently has over 2 million square feet of development in progress. He is a lifelong student of the built environment and a passionate creator of places for people and business.
