Enrique Portillo specializes in tenant representation and capital markets at Cushman & Wakefield’s Mexico City office, serving clients across Mexico City, Toluca, Puebla, and the Bajío region, including Querétaro, Guanajuato, Aguascalientes, and San Luis Potosí. Before rejoining Cushman & Wakefield in 2014, Portillo was the managing partner and founder of Locate Industrial (2011–2014), a tenant/buyer representation firm based in Ciudad Juárez and León, Guanajuato, where he advised foreign companies on establishing manufacturing and logistics operations in Mexico. Prior to that, he served as senior vice president of development and marketing at Intermex Industrial Parks (2009–2011), leading marketing efforts across multiple offices and participating in 34 transactions totaling 2.6 million square feet.
