Doris Pitilon is a tech leader with over 12 years of experience in various domains and a multidisciplinary background. She is the CTO of Faropoint - A Tech Enabled Real Estate Investment Manager. Pitilon is responsible for turning a tech concept into reality to enable Faropoint to accomplish its vision while using an innovative tech approach. She established the R&D department and responsible for developing and executing the tech strategy. Pitilion leads global teams of data science, product, research and engineering experts with technical expertise and commercial acumen to revolutionize the traditional paradigms of real estate investment. They are doing that by digitizing the industry, developing ML models and cutting-edge products.

Prior to Faropoint, she served for seven years as a major in the technology unit of the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), where her last position was head of the Innovation Department leading groundbreaking developments. She was the co-founder of the first Formula Race Car SAE team at Technion University and co-founder and head of the nonprofit COVID-19 International Sprint. She holds a Master's in biomedical engineering from the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology.
