Sergio Valentini has been involved in the industry for over 20 years and as the Southern California Regional Principal, he oversees all aspects of growth, management, design and client relationships for the Southern California region offices. He has extensive international experience in architecture and planning of various building types including office, industrial, entertainment, retail, mixed-use and aviation. Valentini is heavily involved with development, coordination and supervision of various scale projects for developers, corporate and public clients. He is also very active in the industry with various professional associations such as NAIOP, ULI, SIOR and more. He has lectured at several universities and conferences and has been on the jury of design competitions. His research work has been published in various magazines, and he has proven to be a true expert in the field and an industry thought leader.
