Josh Cox is responsible for the execution of Hillwood’s West Coast industrial projects from start to finish including due diligence, entitlements, design, permitting and construction. As a LEED AP, he worked on his first 1 million-square-foot LEED Gold project in 2009. He started in the commercial real estate industry in 2006 and has been directly involved in the development of almost 20 million square feet, primarily in the Inland Empire region. He is currently working on the redevelopment of NASCAR’s Auto Club Speedway in San Bernardino County, California. He is an active NAIOP member who serves on the NAIOP Inland Empire Board of Directors as president-elect for 2024.
