Richard Weiss is the regional senior vice president for Dalfen Industrial’s West region. He is responsible for acquisitions, development and capital deployment strategies and also oversees the operational aspects in this region. Weiss has over 15 years of experience in the industry, most recently serving as a principal at Investcorp. He spent over eight years at Investcorp and was responsible for the sourcing and closing of transactions in excess of $3.5 billion across various geographies and product types. Prior to Investcorp, Weiss spent two years as a vice president in the Institutional Investment Sales Group of CBRE in New York, New York, and four years at Clarion Partners in Washington, D.C., and New York, New York.
