Jonathan Tratt is the founder and managing principal for Tratt Properties, LLC, a development and investment company based in Phoenix, Arizona. He has been a member of NAIOP since 2001 and was the 2017 NAIOP Chairman. He served on NAIOP’s executive committee, is a Governor of the NAIOP Research Foundation, and is a Trustee of the NAIOP-PAC. Through his expertise and leadership, Jonathan also served as the chair of the Industrial Development II National Forum and is a member of the E-Commerce II Forum.
