Michael Kercheval

Mike Kercheval is Executive Director of the Real Estate Center at the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business. Earlier, Mike was President and CEO of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a real estate portfolio manager. He began his career as a senior research economist with Equitable Life. Mike holds graduate degrees in economics from Columbia University and a BA in economics, political science, and international affairs from the University of Colorado.
