James M. "Marty" Irving is the CEO of Irving Interests in McLean, Virginia. Mr. Irving joined NAIOP in 1983 and was chairman of the NAIOP’s National Board of Directors in 2000. He has served as a past president of NAIOP's Northern Virginia Chapter, was a NAIOP-PAC Trustee, and is a Founding Trustee of the NAIOP Research Foundation.
