Brooke Birtcher Gustafson is the fifth-generation co-owner and president of Birtcher Development LLC, a leading U.S. industrial development company inspired by her great-great-grandfather in 1939. She began working for the family firm in 2007. Birtcher Gustafson is experienced in development, entitlement, sourcing acquisitions, financial underwriting and structuring, leasing, property and asset management, marketing and market research. She holds an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. At present, Birtcher Gustafson serves as an executive committee member of the NAIOP SoCal Board of Directors. In 2017, she was a California region recipient of the Next Generation Award, which recognizes young leaders in the commercial real estate industry who are likely to become influential for years to come.
