Lucas Borges is a senior director in the Chicago office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas. He re-joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition with extensive experience in commercial real estate. He specializes in arranging asset-level financing, subordinate debt, and joint venture equity on behalf of institutional and private owners of all investment properties across the U.S. Prior to debt advisory, he focused on the disposition and recapitalization of investment properties located in Chicago and throughout the Midwest. Over the course of his career, he has been directly involved in more than $5 billion in commercial real estate transactions. Borges earned his undergraduate degree in finance and is fluent in English, Italian and Portuguese.
