Adam Showalter is the managing director of National Office Investor Services for Stream Realty Partners, overseeing the strategy and advancement of the firm’s national office leasing and management portfolio. In this role, he leads Stream’s strategic efforts in recruiting talent, identifying new business opportunities, and developing essential resources to achieve Stream’s growth initiatives. Showalter also serves on Stream’s recently launched Value Preservations Advisors team. He is one of the original members of Stream’s Ambassador Program, an elite organization focused on advancing the firm’s national office profile. Personifying the core values of Stream, the Ambassadors are essential to Stream’s national office platform, serving as exemplary leaders in their expertise, insights and collaboration efforts. Having joined Stream in September 2019, Showalter has been instrumental in the success and growth of our Chicago office. With assignments exceeding 30 million square feet, Showalter has positioned Stream as one of Chicago’s largest commercial real estate organizations.
