Kevin Evernham has been a member of NAIOP since 2014 and brings over 25 years of architectural experience to the Ware Malcomb team. As regional vice president, Kevin is responsible for leading the firm’s Southwest region, which includes the Phoenix, Dallas and Houston offices. Kevin is a licensed architect in all 50 U.S. states and District of Columbia. He brings in-depth experience designing industrial, retail, restaurant and commercial office properties to maximize long term real estate value and achieve clients’ business objectives.
