Maria Poyer is a Senior Land Acquisition Manager - Americas with Microsoft Corporation. In her career, Maria has been responsible for shepherding $4.9 billion in commercial real estate transactions and has worked on various development projects. In her past role at Amazon, Maria oversees land acquisitions, due diligence, and development, ensuring each location aligns with Amazon’s project requirements and goals for Amazon’s Global Customer Fulfillment network. Before joining Amazon, she gained brokerage experience at JLL and held investment banking roles at Bank of America. Maria serves as Co-President of "Women at Amazon," Amazon's largest ERG, which supports a community of over 30,000 members and 157 chapters. She is a member of the NAIOP Research Foundation Visionaries program, chair of the Development and Transactions National Forum, and a member of the National Forums Advisory Group and CRE.Converge Committee.
