London Kemp Boykin

As Amazon's Director of Global Realty Sustainable Development, London Kemp Boykin oversees an organization that includes sustainability and renewable energy, building design & engineering, strategy, and cost optimization for the entire Amazon Global Fulfillment Network. She commenced her career in commercial litigation at White & Case, LLP, and went on to pursue in-house real estate opportunities, including management of multi-billion-dollar regional and global real estate portfolios for Walmart, NBC, Netflix, and Amazon. Kemp Boykin's expertise spans retail, restaurant-retail, distribution, data centers, studios, and offices. She holds a dual Bachelor's in Political Science and Comparative Women's Studies from Spelman College and a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law. Kemp Boykin was recognized as Commercial Observer's Power LA (2021-2023) and for Outstanding Excellence & Influence in LA Commercial Real Estate (2020). She also serves on the Board of Directors for the Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, Real Estate Associate Program (REAP) fostering opportunities for minorities and women in real estate, and is a governing trustee for Urban Land Institute.
