Dave Fazekas

Dave Fazekas is a partner and head of Ares Industrial Management (AIM) in Ares Real Estate, where he focuses on U.S. industrial real estate equity. Fazekas is also a member of the Ares Real Estate Global Investment Committee, the Combined Industrial Advisors Committee, and a director on the board of ARES Industrial REIT. Prior to joining Ares in 2021, he was a senior managing director, Chief Investment Officer, Industrial, at Black Creek Group. Fazekas is a member of NAIOP and the New York University Real Estate Alumni Association. He holds a B.S. from Rutgers University in Business and Economics and an M.S. from New York University in Real Estate Finance and Investments.
