Chad Griffiths has been an industrial real estate broker since 2005 and an investor since 2014. As a member of a global CRE company and a partner with his local firm, Griffiths has completed over 1,000 deals with clients ranging from small companies to large institutional owners. Over his career he’s earned SIOR and CCIM designations and an MBA. He is the host of the Industrial Real Estate Podcast and has interviewed over 100 industry experts from all over the world.
