Emily Cannon serves on the board and as CIO of Dogwood Industrial Properties, a TPG Real Estate platform that acquires, owns and operates high-quality infill industrial real estate in growth-oriented, core markets across the United States. Since Cannon joined Dogwood at its inception in 2019, the portfolio has deployed across three of TPG’s Real Estate funds totaling ~$12.5B in equity, with Dogwood purchasing 15.6M SF with $1.8B of GAV. The team invests across 30+ markets across the U.S. via existing asset/portfolio acquisitions, forward transactions and LP development partnerships.
