Lisa Motley, a veteran of casino, hotel, sports and special events marketing, sales and operations, currently holds the position of vice president of sports and special events for the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (LVCVA). In this role, Motley led the team to secure three NFL tentpole events: the Pro Bowl, Draft, and Super Bowl LVIII, as well as the 2028 NCAA Men’s Final Four and 2025 Wrestlemania. She was instrumental in securing numerous international soccer matches, NCAA championships, and the development of the sports tourism strategy.
