Geoffrey Kasselman, SIOR, LEED AP, is a partner and senior vice president, workplace strategy at CRG/Clayco. He oversees CRG’s national accounts and leads all client-related initiatives for CRG’s industrial, office & data center platforms. He also provides CRG clients with “future-proofing” strategies for their RE holdings and workplaces. Geoff is also founder and CEO of Op2mize Energy, a strategic energy procurement firm. Previously, he was executive managing director at Newmark where he led their national industrial practice. He also served as the 2017 SIOR global president. He was included by Crain’s Chicago Business on their Most Influential CRE Brokers in Chicago list; is a member of the Midwest CRE Hall of Fame; has been a CoStar Power Broker 4X; and received Newmark’s Outstanding Service Award, amongst other honors.
